Home additions
Delivering an addition always begs the question, 'Does the addition follow the style of the current dwelling, or do we design something that is completely different and sets itself apart from the original?'
Together we will work through these questions to ensure you get the look and feel you want.

Transform your living space
With renovation and addition projects, I draw up the existing home, check measurements and then design your new addition or renovation. I encourage your input and feedback in the early design phases to ensure that you get the design you want. We test the concepts and seek your confirmation that you're happy before moving on to the preparation of documentation for council approval
This Carterton home addition has been through a number of iterations, at one stage the addition was 83m2, containing a second bathroom, separate laundry, a west-facing deck for a spa pool and open plan kitchen living and dining, but upon reviewing the initial brief and the potential building costs the client opted for a more modest 43m2 addition containing a new kitchen and entertainment area.
